My baby boy needed specialized procedures for lifelong urinary problems. The staff here treated him like family and fixed him up even better than he was before. I’m so grateful for everyone there and this establishment that celebrates Dr. Balonek’s legacy.
Just took our Lulu to Dr. Licata. Such a kind and patient vet and took slot of time with us. Very confident in her diagnosis and treatment and we are very lucky to have her caring for our pup. Wish she did humans, too!

This office was amazing. The most caring staff ever. Every word they spoke was of pure love for animals. Dr. Licata was amazing. So gentle. My cat showed no fear with her or her techs. He could sense their gentleness. I would recommend this office over and over.

Let me tell you. The team here is amazing. My dog is a nervous but friendly girl and when she comes here she’s wagging her tail. They are able to do everything I have needed for her and always address my concerns. They are also very reasonable in price. I appreciate you all and so does my girl Libbie!

Absolutely the best office and staff ever. My pug had to go in for emergency surgery and they were so kind and kept me updated all day and the staff loved on her. Dr Licata knew exactly what was wrong with her from all her symptoms and performed the surgery an hour later. Here she is at home snuggled on the couch.

Dr. Licata is who every veterinarian should aspire to be. She has been our pets veterinarian for the past 12 years and the level of trust that we have with her can not easily be put into words.
This is the third practice we followed Dr Licata to- she treated our fur babies and us with such care that I cannot imagine trusting their care to anyone else. I trust her judgement implicitly. She always made time to listen to all our concerns and to know our dogs, suggesting what she would do in our situation- not the most lucrative or easiest option for her.
Moved to the area recently & got our ferrets set up here. Been back a few times and everyone here is always amazing. Dr Licata is wonderful. She always takes her time with us & is never in a hurry. She is patient and addresses all of our questions and concerns. And on top of that, she knows ferrets - which is increasingly hard to find these days!!
